You are worth the cost.

You are “worth the cost.”

Typically we view things as too expensive or pricey when we don’t see enough value in it.

We typically view things like shoes, designer clothes, vehicles, and other various “pricey” products as expensive.

Coaching is not a product, it’s a service, and it’s an investment.

Investment = “An act of devoting time, effort, or energy to a particular undertaking with the expectation of a worthwhile result.”

Okay, but if I’m gonna spend “$xxx” then what is the return?

The return:

👉🏻 Knowledge in nutrition, training, stress management, sleep, sleep quality, hunger/fullness, energy, and so much more.

👉🏻 Accountability. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had a client say “I know what I’m supposed to do, I just need someone to tell me to do it and control the roadmap.”

👉🏻 Improved body composition.

👉🏻 Improved health (blood sugar, blood pressure, thyroid hormones, sex hormones, and gut health).

👉🏻 More confidence.

👉🏻 Strength. Become a beast in the gym.

👉🏻 Less joint pain with age, and learn to manage body composition and mobility with age.

The list can go on and on, but you get the idea.

INVEST in your health. You are WORTH IT.
