I’m Amanda. I take a no B.S approach to helping busy women take up space in the gym, ditch the yo-yo dieting cycle, and lean out without excessive exercise or giving up the foods they love.

Strength Coach. Team Jesus. Dog mom. Horse mom. Barrel Racer. Coffee Connoisseur. Outdoor adventurer.

I live in Southern Oregon with a dog and 5 horses. When I’m not in the our 1000 Sq. Ft gym, I’m outside training horses, hiking, or hunting.

My passion is for helping women FUEL their bodies, feel STRONG, SEXY, and EMPOWERED.

I understand what it feels like to have a desire to change…but have no idea where to start. The internet is full of misinformation, and it’s so hard to tell truth from beliefs and nonsense.

I’m here to teach women how to maneuver the weight room, take up that space, have a good relationship with food, and feel AMAZING.
